RETURN POLICY

We accept returns only if the item is damaged! We accept exchanges within eight days (Shipping at buyers’ expense) ONLY if the item is in perfect condition (No makeup stains etc.) If you need to return or exchange for a different size or due to a defect please send a Return or Exchange request at Customersupport@dormeleven.co with Return or Exchange in the subject. We can provide a return shipping label. We ask that you please be careful when trying on items being that we can not accept any exchange that has stains, makeup stains, or any smell. Please give us a detailed brief on your exchange or return and expect a response within 24-72 hours from our team.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges if the item is defective or for a different size in the same style. Please give us a detailed brief on your exchange and expect a response within 24-72 hours from our team.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges on items only in new conditions with all original tags attached within 21 days from the received date. We do not provide the shipping label for returning international orders. International returns must be covered at the buyer's expense. 

DEFAULT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at customersupport@dormeleven.co In the email be sure to include, order number, brief description, and photos of the defect. 

*Items considered as faulty items must be shipped damage or a manufacturer error. Items damaged from misuse is not considered a damaged item.
