DEFAULT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at customersupport@dormeleven.co In the email be sure to include, order number, brief description, and photos of the defect. 

*Items considered as faulty items must be shipped damage or a manufacturer error. Items damaged from misuse is not considered a damaged item.
