ORDER PROCESS

Dormeleven ships from Brooklyn, NY. All domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via USPS Priority within 3-5 business days, pending payment authorization, and verification. 

PRE ORDER

Items listed as pre-order, expect delivery within the delivery date stated on the product description. For more information on your pre-order, please inquire at customersupport@dormeleven.co

SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days upon purchase date. Each US domestic order is charged a flat rate of $10 which arrives within 1-3 business days for priority shipping. Please email customersupport@dormeleven.co if you will like to ship your order for next-day delivery. (Order must be placed before 12 pm same day). 

 

Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location or how many pieces you order.

 

We are currently offering free standard shipping on orders over $200 USD for domestic orders and $300 for international orders. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL based on location. We are not responsible for any duties or custom charges!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship Internationally to select countries via DHL, UPS, USPS with a flat-rate fee of $35. Shipping internationally will take 5-10 business days. 


All customs fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. We are not responsible for any customs duties. Please contact your customs office if you have any questions regarding fees for your order. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order is stuck at customs or refused by customs please email customersupport@dormeleven.co

LOST/STOLEN ITEM

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Items that are lost and stolen are the responsibility of the shipping service. Please email customersupport@dormeleven.co so we can resolve the situation immediately.
